Tasks you will be working on:
- Gathering requirements and conducting interviews.
- System installation and initial setup.
- Developing project documentation.
- Configuring access rights and roles, object model.
- Setting up business processes and robots (automation).
- Designing integration flows and architecture.
- Testing development, fixing bugs and improvements.
- Participating in pre-sales as a system expert.
- Conducting training sessions and system demonstrations.
- Monitoring the progress of project tasks by junior consultants.
To easily integrate into the process, you will need:
- Skill in creating documentation (Technical Specifications, User Stories, Integration Specifications, Test Cases, etc.).
- Experience in analyzing and evaluating requirements, defining scopes and constraints.
- Advanced Bitrix24 configuration skills (business processes and smart processes).
- Ability to translate business requirements into Bitrix24 capabilities.
- Knowledge of system requirements and new product functionalities.
- Vendor certifications: Basic Administrator, Module Administrator.
- 3+ completed major projects as an analyst (on-premise version).
