Project Manager
Company: QLAN - a technology integrator that implements end-to-end AI solutions into business processes of large companies and the public sector.
We are currently looking for a Project Manager who will not just manage tasks, but genuinely influence the project's outcome.
Important for us:
- Project Manager experience of at least 2 years
- Mandatory experience in outstaff/outsource
- Higher technical education
- Understanding of the IT project lifecycle
- Willingness to take responsibility for the result
- Basic understanding of software development / AI / digital projects
Tasks:
- Managing 1-3 projects simultaneously
- Planning timelines, stages, and controlling task completion
- Organizing communication between the commercial unit, technical team, and the client
- Monitoring adherence to deadlines and agreements
- Preparing project documentation and reports
- Managing risks and escalations within the project
- Ensuring transparency of the project status for all participants
