Project Manager

Company: QLAN - a technology integrator that implements end-to-end AI solutions into business processes of large companies and the public sector.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager who will not just manage tasks, but genuinely influence the project's outcome.

Important for us:

• Project Manager experience of at least 2 years
• Mandatory experience in outstaff/outsource
• Higher technical education
• Understanding of the IT project lifecycle
• Willingness to take responsibility for the result
• Basic understanding of software development / AI / digital projects

Tasks:

• Managing 1-3 projects simultaneously
• Planning timelines, stages, and controlling task completion
• Organizing communication between the commercial unit, technical team, and the client
• Monitoring adherence to deadlines and agreements
• Preparing project documentation and reports
• Managing risks and escalations within the project
• Ensuring transparency of the project status for all participants
