Position: Project Manager (PM) Salary Range: 180,000 - 250,000 RUB + KPI tied to the budget of the projects under management. : QLAN - a technology integrator that implements end-to-end AI solutions into the business processes of large companies and the public sector.
We are currently looking for a Project Manager who will not just manage tasks, but will actually influence the project's outcome.
**What's important to us: • Project Manager experience of 2+ years • Mandatory experience in outstaffing / outsourcing • Higher technical education • Understanding of the IT project life cycle • Readiness to take responsibility for the result • Basic understanding of software development / AI / digital projects ** Responsibilities: • Managing 1-3 projects simultaneously • Planning timelines, stages, and controlling task completion • Organizing communication between the commercial department, technical team, and client • Monitoring adherence to deadlines and agreements • Preparing project documentation and reports • Managing risks and escalations within the project • Ensuring transparency of project status for all stakeholders
