Junior Project Manager

Hi there!

We are the Matller team, creating and developing our own AI-based software for food production facilities of various scales. We already work with companies like Cherkizovo, Pavlovskaya Poultry Farm, Norebo, Baltiyskiy Bereg, and others.

We are currently looking for someone to help offload our lead Project Manager. We have many tasks of different formats, opportunities for growth within the company, busy workdays, and time to celebrate our successes!

Tasks to be performed:

• Participate in the formation of project documentation: contractual documentation, technical specifications, statements of work, etc.;
• Participate in meetings with clients, preparing minutes;
• Participate in managing and monitoring task completion;
• Help control project budgets and deadlines;
• Participate in preparing project analytics and presentations for project handover to the client.

Our expectations:

• Work experience or completed training in Project/Product Management; we are ready to consider candidates with experience or training in other IT specializations who wish to re-qualify;
• Responsibility and systematic approach to work;
• Ability to work in multitasking mode and meet deadlines.
