🛠 Requirements:
- Higher education (technical, economic, analytical field);
- Knowledge of master data management (MDM) methodology basics (classification, attribute model, data normalization);
- Skill in analyzing and normalizing nomenclature names (knowledge of specifics of major manufacturers, regulatory documents);
- Experience working with MTR classifiers and assigning classes to nomenclature items;
- Skill in identifying duplicates and harmonizing data in MDM reference data;
- Experience in conducting an initial data quality audit in reference data (completeness, correctness, duplicates);
- Ability to work with normalization ontology and reference data templates;
- Proficiency in Excel, basic SQL queries;
- Attention to detail, accuracy, perseverance;
- Ability to work in a team and follow regulations and methodology;
- Experience or readiness for routine work with large volumes of data;
- Experience in presenting results to business stakeholders;
- 1-2 years of experience in MDM/data processing.
📌 Responsibilities:
- Collection and analysis of data from current nomenclature and storage/operation location reference data: 1C UH, Infra-M, AHO, warehouses;
- For server equipment, add mandatory analytics to the reference data by MDM groups/subgroups: energy consumption standards and incorporate into templates;
- Creation of a methodology for maintaining and normalizing the nomenclature reference data, preparation of a classifier and templates for main categories;
- Data normalization of reference data as needed;
- Preparation of data for loading into 1C.MDM (no more than 50,000 nomenclature entries).
