Vacancy: Data Analyst
Requirements:
- Higher education (technical, economic, analytical field);
- Knowledge of master data management (MDM) methodology fundamentals (classification, attribute model, data normalization);
- Skill in analyzing and normalizing nomenclature names (knowledge of the specifics of major manufacturers, regulatory documents);
- Experience with MTR (materials, equipment, tools) classifiers and assigning classes to nomenclature items;
- Skill in identifying duplicates and reconciling data in MDM reference books;
- Experience in conducting an initial data quality audit in reference books (completeness, correctness, duplicates);
- Ability to work with normalization ontology and reference book templates;
- Proficiency in Excel, basic SQL queries;
- Attention to detail, accuracy, perseverance;
- Ability to work in a team and follow regulations and methodology;
- Experience or readiness for routine work with large volumes of data;
- Experience in presenting results to business stakeholders;
- Experience in MDM/data processing from 1-2 years.
Responsibilities:
- Collection and analysis of data from current nomenclature and storage/operation location reference books: 1C UX, Infra-M, AHO, warehouses;
- For server equipment, add mandatory analytics to the MDM reference book by groups/subgroups: energy consumption standards and incorporate them into templates;
- Creation of methodology for maintaining and normalizing the nomenclature reference book, preparation of classifiers and templates for main categories;
- Normalization of reference book data as needed;
- Preparation of data for loading into 1C.MDM (up to 50,000 nomenclature entries).
