Telecon, a consulting IT company, is looking for a Project Manager to participate in a long-term project for the digitalization of a manufacturing enterprise.

What you will do: — manage IT projects for the digitalization of production processes; — coordinate internal teams, the client, and external contractors; — plan timelines, resources, budget, risks, and changes; — participate in the implementation and integration of industrial IT systems; — ensure interaction between IT and business at all stages of the project.

Experience with the following will be especially useful: • MES / EAM / SCADA • IIoT and industrial networks • GIS and other industrial IT systems • integration projects and digital transformation of production.

Requirements: — from 4 years of experience in IT; — from 2 years of experience managing IT projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment; — ability to work with budgets, risks, vendors, and multiple stakeholders; — understanding of the specifics of production processes and industrial infrastructure; — fluent English (mandatory); — willing to work from the office in Almaty; — willing to travel to production sites.
