Legal Counsel / Licensing

Belgrade, Serbia**

The role's focus is to be responsible for the company's licensing and regulatory direction in the high-risk segment.

What you will do:

☘️ Obtain new licenses and permits. ☘️ Support existing licenses. ☘️ Interact with regulators and government bodies. ☘️ Study requirements for entering new CIS countries. ☘️ Accompany the company's launch in new jurisdictions. ☘️ Prepare documents and responses to regulator inquiries. ☘️ Work with external lawyers and consultants if necessary.

What is important:

💦 Higher legal education 💦 Experience in licensing and regulatory affairs. 💦 Real experience interacting with regulators. 💦 Understanding of legislation and requirements of CIS countries. 💦 Ability to independently manage licensing tasks: from studying requirements to obtaining a license. 💦 English - from B1

Will be a plus: experience in iGaming, FinTech, payments, or another regulated field.
