Finance & Reconciliation Officer | Limassol, Cyprus (On-Site)
We’re looking for a Finance & Reconciliation Officer to join our team in Limassol and support the day-to-day financial operations of the company. This role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling trading activity, and ensuring client investment transactions are properly recorded across internal systems. It’s a full-time, office-based role, remote work is not available.

About the Role and Company:
You will be joining a growing company operating in the FX and financial services industry, where accurate financial operations and reconciliation processes are critical to maintaining reliable trading and client account records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Company Accounts: Maintain accurate daily financial records and support internal accounting processes.
- Financial Reconciliation: Assist with monthly financial balancing and reconcile company trading activity and financial data.
- Reporting: Upload and maintain monthly reports from multiple financial and operational sources.
- PNL Monitoring: Record and review profit and loss (PNL) from trading accounts.
- Discrepancy Investigation: Identify and investigate mismatches between trading platforms and internal financial records.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile company bank accounts and financial transactions.
- Client Portfolio Records: Maintain accurate records of client deposits and withdrawals.
- Transaction Monitoring: Ensure client investment transactions are properly recorded across internal systems.
- Daily Reconciliation: Perform reconciliation across internal systems, trading platforms, and banking records.
- Controls & Documentation: Maintain reconciliation reports and ensure consistency and accuracy across financial systems.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in FX / CFD / financial services is preferred.
- Finance Operations: Background in financial reconciliation, finance operations, or accounting support roles.
- Accounting Knowledge: Good understanding of accounting principles and financial record keeping.
- Reconciliation Skills: Experience reconciling trading platforms, bank accounts, and internal financial systems is an advantage.
- Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and ability to investigate discrepancies.
- Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Excel or similar financial tracking tools.
