Responsibilities: ✔️ Daily reconciliation of funds, deals, and operations ✔️ Analysis and resolution of discrepancies in payments and brokerage operations ✔️ Preparation of regular reconciliation reports ✔️ Processing of bank, brokerage, and custodian data ✔️ Interaction with Treasury, Securities Operations, Audit, and other teams ✔️ Automation and improvement of reconciliation processes

Requirements: ✔️ Russian + English (B1–B2) ✔️ Attention to detail and analytical mindset ✔️ Ability to work with large volumes of data ✔️ Proficient in Excel ✔️ Experience in a bank, audit firm, as an analyst, in a brokerage company, or Big4 will be an advantage

Will be a plus: ✔️ Higher education (Finance / Economics - will be a plus) ✔️ Experience with BI and reporting ✔️ Basic knowledge of SQL and Python, Power Query - will be a plus ✔️ Understanding of regulatory reporting ✔️ Experience in process automation
