Vacancy: Development Department Team Lead (Node.js + React)

Responsibilities: • Leading a team of developers • Establishing development processes (code review, planning, retrospectives) • Architecture design, key technical decisions, code quality and technical debt control • Development of new services and modules, integrations, scaling and performance optimization • Working with databases: complex queries, indexes, optimization • CI/CD support, monitoring, incident resolution management • Interaction with the product team

Our Stack and Environment: • Node.js, TypeScript, React.js, GraphQL, tRPC, PostgreSQL + MongoDB, Docker + Kubernetes, Slack, Linear, GitHub, Cursor

Experience Requirements: • Commercial Node.js experience from 8 years, confident TypeScript, React experience • Excellent understanding of SQL and NoSQL, experience with large databases • Confident level of Docker, Kubernetes — understanding of stateless architecture and deployment to a cluster • Development team lead experience from 3 years • Experience in establishing processes and working with product teams using Agile/Scrum • Higher technical education
