• 5+ years of experience in backend development. • 3+ years of commercial experience with Node.js and TypeScript. • PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Prisma/Mongoose. • Docker and CI/CD. • Experience in technical leadership and managing a small team. • Knowledge of React/Next.js for interaction with the frontend team.
