Lead Backend Developer (Node.js / TypeScript)** ** **

We are looking for a strong Senior/Lead Backend Developer for long-term work on high-load fintech and payment products.

Requirements:

• Commercial development experience from 6 years
• Excellent knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js
• Experience with Fastify
• Confident proficiency in SQL and TypeORM
• Practical experience with RabbitMQ and BullMQ
• Understanding of distributed systems design principles
• Experience in designing fault-tolerant architecture
• Deep understanding of idempotency and data consistency assurance
• Practical experience applying DDD (Domain-Driven Design)
• Experience with high-load services will be an advantage
• Experience in managing developers or technical leadership
• Confident experience with AI tools

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services on Node.js / TypeScript
• Design the architecture of new services and business processes
• Decompose tasks and participate in solution design
• Make technical decisions and be responsible for implementation quality
• Interact with the development team and business
• Participate in product architecture development

We need not just a developer, but an engineer with systematic thinking, who is capable of making independent decisions, identifying bottlenecks in the architecture, and proposing improvements.
