About the company: 🔸MST is a product holding company that creates its own mobile subscription applications. 🔸Our products operate in the US and European markets.

What you will do: 🔸Create recognizable AI characters from scratch and maintain consistency of face/body from video to video without "AI tells" for our white label utilities. 🔸Build an automated pipeline: set up autoposting and integrations so that content is generated and uploaded to accounts with no human involvement. 🔸Take full responsibility for the results: independently come up with scenarios/hooks, as well as manage accounts, warm them up, and bypass bans. 🔸Convert views into business metrics (we care about organic growth and app downloads).

Who we are looking for: 🔸Experience in mass production of AI avatars and process automation through ComfyUI nodes, custom LoRAs, API hubs, and orchestration (n8n/Make/Python). 🔸Real-world scaling cases: links to live channels with viewership numbers, retention rates, and video production volume. 🔸English language skills for generating content for Tier-1 markets. 🔸Understanding of performance marketing: how to retain a viewer from the 3rd second.

Will be a plus: 🔸Experience in creating AI-UGC for paid traffic (Meta/TikTok Ads) 🔸Experience in promoting mobile subscription products
