ABOUT THE COMPANY: 🏢 MEDvidi is a product-based medtech company transforming the field of mental healthcare, making it more accessible and affordable throughout the USA. We are building an AI-powered product: a patient support agent with true agentic behavior based on LLM technologies.

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack QA Engineer who will take responsibility for the quality of all components of the AI product – from frontend and API to the database and LLM features.

🤖 THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF: You are not just "aware" of AI, but you truly live and breathe it. You use LLMs in your work every day, you say "I'll figure it out" instead of "I don't have experience." You are interested in building a QA pipeline where there are no established standards yet – and this is what engages you, not scares you.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 💻 Own product quality end-to-end: frontend, backend, API, DB, and LLM features; 💻 Develop and evolve QA strategies, processes, and quality metrics; 💻 Conduct E2E and API testing of complex user scenarios; 💻 Validate data and system behavior using SQL (PostgreSQL); 💻 Participate in product discovery: influence requirements and acceptance criteria; 💻 Identify quality risks at early stages and improve system testability; 💻 Work with the AI/LLM team to ensure predictable model behavior.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: 📌 4+ years of experience as a Full-Stack QA Engineer in product companies (experience specifically in products is important, not in outsourcing or outstaffing); 📌 Solid knowledge of JavaScript and understanding of modern full-stack systems; 📌Knowledge of JS automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, WebdriverIO); 📌 Active use of LLM tools in work (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.) – this is a mandatory baseline; 📌 Experience combining manual and automated testing in fast release cycles; 📌 Experience building QA strategies and quality frameworks from scratch; 📌 Deep understanding of client-server architecture, data flows, and failure modes; 📌 Knowledge of SQL and experience working with PostgreSQL; 📌 Experience with quality metrics, coverage models, and KPIs; 📌 Fluent in Russian; English B2+;

WILL BE A PLUS: ➕ Experience testing AI/LLM systems ➕ Understanding of agent systems (LangChain, CrewAI, etc.); ➕ Experience building QA processes from scratch in growing startups; ➕ Understanding of CI/CD quality gates and production quality monitoring.
