Backend Developer for the HRM Team
About the Team
Our team develops an HRM product for automating the recruitment process, used by over 200 large companies (marketplaces, oil and gas companies, banks, mobile operators, etc.).
Our product integrates with popular CRM systems and provides the ability to create custom chat bots on any platforms, such as Avito, WhatsApp, Telegram, VK. Chat bots are used for various purposes, from conducting primary candidate screening and enriching applicant resumes to collecting feedback during employee offboarding.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop the existing service and build new services;
- Design and document technical solutions;
- Interact with stakeholders and demonstrate feature leadership;
- Write tests and improve engineering practices within the team.
We Expect You to:
- Have PHP development experience of 3+ years;
- Have experience developing high-load applications;
- Have experience optimizing database interactions (e.g., PostgreSQL);
- Know fundamental algorithms, data structures, and information security methods;
- Be ready to independently discuss solutions with other teams when the task requires it.
