Higher education in IT profile; Work experience in IT support and system administration from 1 year; Administration of Windows Server, Active Directory, user accounts, access rights, and group policies; Support and maintenance of IT infrastructure: servers, local network; Processing of user requests through Help Desk; Diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network connection malfunctions; Performing preventive maintenance, updates, and system performance monitoring; Maintaining reporting and documentation for completed work. Knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server, Active Directory; Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN network principles; Skills in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software malfunctions; Ability to work with users and document completed work; Organization of data backup and recovery; Experience with virtualization (VMware).
