We provide a full range of services, from the development of technical solutions to project implementation, including supply and commissioning, as well as further maintenance and technical support. Vacancy description: We are looking for a technical support engineer to maintain the company's IT infrastructure. The main task is to process requests, so during the day it will be necessary to move around offices and the building, interacting with employees. Development is not part of this position – it is solely processing and supporting requests. The specialist will be involved in user support, configuration and maintenance of computer equipment, network equipment, software, as well as troubleshooting technical malfunctions and ensuring uninterrupted operation of employees' workplaces. Suitable for recent graduates. • Secondary specialized or higher technical education • Knowledge of Windows OS and office software • Understanding of the principles of computer networks and equipment operation • Skills in diagnosing and troubleshooting PCs and peripherals • Responsibility, communication skills, customer focus • Experience in technical support for 1 year or more will be an advantage • Experience with Active Directory will be an advantage
