We provide a full range of services, from developing technical solutions to project implementation, including supply and commissioning, as well as further maintenance and technical support.

Vacancy Description: We are looking for a technical support engineer to support the company's IT infrastructure. The specialist will be responsible for user support, configuration and maintenance of computer equipment, network equipment, software, as well as troubleshooting technical malfunctions and ensuring uninterrupted operation of employees' workstations. Suitable for young specialists who have recently graduated from university.

Secondary specialized or higher technical education 1 year of experience in technical support will be an advantage • Knowledge of Windows OS and office software • Understanding of the principles of operation of computer networks and equipment • Skills in diagnosing and troubleshooting PCs and peripherals • Experience with Active Directory will be an advantage • Responsibility, communication skills, customer focus
