We are looking for a confident and capable Workstation Technical Support Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Organization and execution of work on the creation of new automated workstations (AWs)
- Maintaining the operability of the installed equipment fleet
- Prompt identification of the causes of malfunctions in PCs, peripheral equipment, and making decisions on their elimination
- Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of information systems
- Participation in testing and implementation of new software and hardware solutions
- Cabling of workstations, printers, and MFPs
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in the relevant field
- Higher education
- Experience with HP SM
- Administrator-level knowledge of Windows client OS
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications
- Experience with and support of Linux OS is a plus
