Candidate Expectations
- Willingness to travel, including trips to remote areas;
- Knowledge of PC hardware, ability to diagnose and fix malfunctions;
- Willingness to learn and develop in this profession.
- Experience as a technical support engineer or service engineer will be a significant advantage.
Work Conditions
- Providing technical support for client terminal equipment;
- Conducting expert assessments of terminal equipment and preparing reports on equipment condition.
- Configuring and technically supporting 3-in-1 equipment.
- Technical support for customer users.
- Configuring and maintaining "specialized" and standard customer software according to the regulations and instructions adopted by each customer.
- Performing scheduled maintenance.
- Work according to customer specifications.
- Project work for the customer.
- On-site technical support.
