Candidate Profile
- Ready for travel, including trips to remote areas;
- Knows PC hardware, ability to diagnose and fix malfunctions;
- Willing to learn and develop in this profession.
Experience as a technical support engineer or service engineer will be a significant advantage.
Work Conditions
- Providing technical support for client terminal equipment;
- Conducting expert assessments of terminal equipment and preparing a report on its condition.
- Setting up and technical support for 3-in-1 equipment
- Technical support for customer users
- Setting up and maintaining "specialized" and standard customer software according to the regulations and instructions adopted by each customer
- Performing scheduled maintenance
