Main Responsibilities:
- Management and support of user workstations and the company's network infrastructure;
- Resolving user issues and consulting on methods of work, equipment, and software;
- Ensuring the maintenance of server rooms;
- Managing the equipment lifecycle, including planning, procurement, installation, maintenance and support, decommissioning, and disposal;
- Ensuring the continuity of user IT services and the availability of resources within the area of responsibility;
- Implementing network service recovery plans after failures;
- Procurement of IT equipment and components, interaction with suppliers;
- Maintaining equipment records;
- Developing regulations and procedures for users;
- Participation in project implementation.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Higher education;
- Work experience: from 2 years in support service;
- Knowledge in the field of information technology and user problem-solving;
- Knowledge of Microsoft products and troubleshooting them;
- Knowledge in the field of telephony and communication systems;
- Knowledge of basic network principles for building local area networks;
- Knowledge of principles for building corporate electronic security.
