We are looking for a confident specialist in ARM technical support to join our team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- organizing and conducting work on the creation of new automated workstations (ARM)
- maintaining the operability of the installed equipment fleet
- promptly identifying the causes of malfunctions in PCs, peripheral equipment, and making decisions on their elimination
- ensuring the uninterrupted operation of information systems
- participating in the testing and implementation of new software and hardware solutions
- cross-connecting ARMs, printers, and MFPs
What you will need:
- at least 3 years of experience in this field
- higher education
- experience working with HP SM
- knowledge of client Windows OS at an administrator level
- experience working with Microsoft programs
- experience working with and supporting Linux OS is a plus
