VIP User Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Processing VIP user requests, providing technical support;
• Technical consultation of users and engineers of contracting organizations;
• Organizing work, carrying out technical maintenance of computer and printing equipment of offices (main tasks - installation and setup of computer and peripheral equipment;
• Installation of Windows OS and software on PCs, physical relocation of equipment, diagnostics and repair of equipment);
• Supporting events: internal, external, videoconferencing;

Requirements:

• Understanding of basic ITSM principles;
• Understanding of basic principles of local and global computer networks, basics of Microsoft network infrastructure;
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, email client principles;
• Knowledge of PC hardware, experience in assembling, diagnosing, and repairing PCs;
• Knowledge of MS Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows 11 OS;
• Knowledge of MS Office 2010-2019;
• Knowledge of iOS, Android;
• Experience with ServiceDesk systems;
• Experience with printing equipment;
• Skills in working with Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP;
• Experience with remote access systems;

Desirable:

• Skills in working with SCCM at the level of launching tasks, collecting information;
• Cisco Unified Communications Manager - Cisco telephony diagnostics/setup;
• Cisco Anyconnect – client setup;
• Experience in installing and configuring digital signature clients;
• Experience with videoconferencing systems and understanding their operating principles;
