Technical Support Engineer for VIP Users

Responsibilities:

• Processing requests from VIP users, providing technical support;
• Technical consulting for users and engineers of contracting organizations;
• Organizing work, performing technical maintenance of computer and printing equipment in offices (main tasks - installation and configuration of computer and peripheral equipment;
• Installation of Windows OS and software on PCs, physical relocation of equipment, diagnostics and repair of equipment);
• Supporting events: internal, external, videoconferencing (VKS);

Requirements:

• Understanding of basic ITSM principles;
• Understanding of the basic principles of building local and global computer networks, fundamentals of Microsoft network infrastructure;
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, email client principles;
• Knowledge of PC hardware, experience in assembling, diagnosing, and repairing PCs;
• Knowledge of MS Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows 11 operating systems;
• Knowledge of MS Office 2010-2019;
• Knowledge of iOS, Android;
• Experience with ServiceDesk systems;
• Experience with printing equipment;
• Skills in working with Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP;
• Experience with remote access systems;

Desirable:

• SCCM skills at the level of running tasks, collecting information;
• Cisco Unified Communications Manager - diagnostics/configuration of Cisco telephony;
• Cisco AnyConnect – client configuration;
• Experience in installing and configuring electronic digital signature (EDS) clients;
• Experience with videoconferencing (VKS) systems and understanding their operating principles;
