OK RUSAL invites IT Specialists to work for user technical support at workstations.
Responsibilities
- Installation, connection of PCs, laptops, and office equipment;
- Installation and configuration of operating systems, office applications, and general-purpose software;
- Peripheral configuration (driver installation);
- Troubleshooting of malfunctions;
- Elimination of peripheral malfunctions, replacement of faulty components;
- Preventive maintenance;
- Consultative assistance for emergency situations and failures in the operation of information systems and application software.
Requirements
- Higher or secondary vocational education in an IT specialty;
- At least 1 year of experience as an IT Specialist or IT Infrastructure Support Specialist;
- Experience in administering/supporting Microsoft Windows OS family and applications;
- Understanding of the basics of LAN construction and operation of switching equipment;
- Ability to install, configure, diagnose, and troubleshoot any office equipment and application software.
