Vacancy Description: Receiving and processing requests from employees, resolving incidents (PC, software), setting up new workstations (PC, software, access).
Requirements: • Work experience in technical support for 6 months or more will be an advantage; • Knowledge of Windows 10/11 OS and Microsoft Office; • Skills in setting up PCs, office equipment, and software; • Basic knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP); • Responsibility, communication skills, and readiness to work with users.
