AI Product Builder / Tech Lead (Media Buying)

**We are looking for a highly independent hands-on specialist who can quickly build AI tools for the media buying team.

What needs to be done:

• dive into traffic acquisition processes
• understand where the team is wasting time manually
• brainstorm and design AI automation solutions
• quickly build MVPs / internal products yourself implement them into the team's workflow
• rapidly improve based on feedback
• coordinate 1-2 developers if necessary

This is NOT a role for a “classic PM or PO”. We need a builder with ownership: a person who can take a task → figure it out themselves → build a solution themselves → deliver results.

Important: AI-first / vibe coding mindset Claude Code / Cursor / GPT / AI tools backend/fullstack understanding ability to quickly build products hands-on real pet-projects / AI projects Python / React / Postgres / Docker

Big plus: performance marketing / affiliate / media buying

❌ Not suitable: pure PMs “I managed, but didn’t code myself” no personal projects theorists without execution
