Kazakhtelecom JSC is a leading telecommunications company in Kazakhstan. Developing a corporate AI-agent platform with RAG assistants for internal documents and business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate AI strategy and roadmap for the business direction
- Identify the most promising applications of AI
- Independently launch initial prototypes and AI pilots
- Quickly test hypotheses and demonstrate measurable results
- Create AI agents, RAG solutions, and AI automation
- Form and prioritize a portfolio of AI initiatives
- Collaborate with FDE and AI team to bring successful pilots to production and scaling
- Reimagine business processes considering AI capabilities
- Work with business leaders to advocate for AI initiatives
- Stay updated on AI technology developments and apply new approaches in real business cases.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML technologies, product development, or digital transformation
- Practical experience in launching AI/ML or technology products
- Strong understanding of LLM, Generative AI, AI Agents, and RAG
- Ability to independently assemble a working AI prototype
- Product mindset and focus on quick results
- Strategic thinking and ability to form AI roadmap
- Ability to connect technologies with specific business effects
- Experience working with executives and top management
- High independence and responsibility for results
- Practical experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Qwen, or similar LLM
- Experience with LLM API, Prompt Engineering, Tool/Function Calling
- Experience creating AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar
- Practical understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases
- Use of AI coding tools: Codex, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar
- Proficiency in Python, REST API, SQL for prototype development
- Experience with n8n, Make, or other automation tools
- Understanding of LLM operation principles, model costs, and corporate data security issues.
