Who are GameGears.Online?
Cool specialists ready to share experience and knowledge. Remote work from anywhere in the world, founders with many years of experience in the gaming industry, and of course, wonderful high-level games. Our team is constantly growing and developing, and we will always welcome new professionals on board!
What you will be doing:
- Build predictions: develop and maintain predictive models for key marketing metrics (LTV, ROAS, etc.), as well as create forecasts and analyze audience segments to improve targeting efficiency.
- Be responsible for data: build processes for collecting, storing, and processing marketing data (acting as Data Engineer / Data Owner). Monitor data integrity and reliability, create and maintain validation and alerting systems to identify anomalies.
- Analyze effectiveness (UA): work with attribution systems, evaluate traffic quality, analyze and compile reports on marketing campaigns to assess their profitability (considering IAP ROAS and AdROAS).
- Work with hypotheses: formulate analytical hypotheses and evaluate the results of marketing and product A/B tests.
- Visualize and solve ad-hoc tasks: respond to marketing department requests, develop and maintain dashboards for regular monitoring of key metrics.
- Work with the product: analyze in-game data and user behavior (when marketing tasks are completed, you won't be bored).
What we expect from the candidate:
- Experience in marketing analytics in games (GameDev) from 3 years.
- Full-stack approach: confident command of SQL, Python for independent extraction, processing of raw data, and its presentation to the client.
- Ability to work with AI: practical use of modern LLMs in daily tasks, as well as readiness and ability to develop own AI tools for automation and optimization of analytical processes.
- Deep understanding of mobile attribution, UA performance, and key metrics (CPI, CAC, ROAS, LTV, Retention, ARPU, etc.).
- Practical experience with MMP (AppsFlyer, Adjust) and raw data, as well as understanding the specifics of working with SKAdNetwork.
- Experience in building predictive models (LTV, traffic payback) and mathematical modeling.
- Experience working with game projects using mixed monetization (IAP and AD).
- Experience analyzing projects with limited data history (e.g., at the soft launch stage).
- Willingness to balance complex DS tasks (predictions) with classic analytics (reports and ad-hoc).
What we offer:
- Full remote. We work from anywhere, five days a week, working hours from 11:00 to 20:00 Moscow time.
- Official employment and "white" payment. Contract with a foreign company, payments in dollars/euros to your foreign account.
- Advanced technologies and AI: we provide access to a huge list of top neural networks and AI tools, including Claude Code, to speed up development, code writing, and eliminate routine.
