OpenMyGame is a multi-product mobile game development company specializing in puzzle and word puzzle genres. We are in a phase of active scaling: in spring 2025, we raised $20M in investments specifically for User Acquisition development. Our games are conquering markets worldwide, with a focus on the US and Tier-1 countries.
Who We're Looking For
Our marketing team currently includes a Head of Marketing, Lead UA, and 6 specialists across various channels. We are seeking a UA Manager to strengthen our In-App Ad Networks vertical and help us maximize performance from platforms with immense potential.
Responsibilities
Operational Management:
- Manage active campaigns on platforms such as AppLovin, Mintegral, Unity, and Bigo.
- Daily campaign optimization: bids, targeting, creatives, bid strategies.
- Manage six-to-seven-figure budgets with a focus on ROI and scaling.
- Take over existing activities and elevate them to a new level of efficiency.
Analytics and Testing:
- In-depth cohort analysis: LTV, retention, ROAS, payback period.
- Build custom dashboards and reports in Google Sheets for rapid decision-making.
- A/B test hypotheses at the campaign, creative, and audience levels.
- Analyze data to uncover insights and growth opportunities.
Strategic Development:
- Test new platforms: Moloco, Liftoff, Vungle.
- Develop scaling strategies across geos and products.
- Participate in marketing strategy planning alongside the Lead UA and Head of Marketing.
- Collaborate with the creative team on hypotheses for formats and messaging (optional).
Interaction:
- Horizontal communication with ASO, Product, BI, and Analytics teams.
- Synchronization with other UA specialists for knowledge sharing.
- Direct engagement with platform account managers.
Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in User Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with In-App Ad Networks (AppLovin, Unity, Mintegral, Bigo, and similar).
- Proficiency in Google Sheets: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, chart creation.
- Experience managing significant advertising budgets.
- English language proficiency for working with platforms and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in mobile gaming (casual, puzzle genres).
- Familiarity with Appsflyer or other MMPs.
- Experience with BI tools (Metabase, Tableau, Looker).
- Understanding of A/B testing and statistics.

How Work is Structured
You will receive tasks from the Lead UA or Head of Marketing but will have full autonomy in decision-making for your channels. You'll handle 90% of your analytical tasks independently using Appsflyer, Metabase, and Google Sheets. For complex SQL/Python tasks, you'll collaborate with the analytics team.
This is an operational-strategic role: you are proficient in tactics (knowing how to set up a campaign in detail) and are learning to think strategically (understanding how your channels fit into the company's overall growth picture).
