We have several successful products in both categories with a combined total of over 200M+ downloads, and we are regularly featured in the top charts in the Games section. Currently, we are in search of a UA Manager whom we will entrust with the development of our games.

Your Role:

• Planning, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns on platforms such as Applovin, Unity, Mintegral, Google Ads, Meta, and others;
• Monitoring and analyzing the quality of acquired audiences based on KPIs;
• Collaborate with internal teams: creative production, analytics, product;
• Generating hypotheses, conducting A/B tests, and interpreting results to enhance campaign performance.

What makes you a perfect fit?

• At least 2 years in user acquisition for mobile games with IAA/IAP monetization models;
• In-depth knowledge of UA channels and their auction mechanics;
• Responsible for delivering clear and measurable results;
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and good communication abilities;
• Highly motivated, hands-on, and a well-organized work approach.
