A large product gaming company (250M+ users, several live titles) is looking for a UA Manager.
📍 Fully remote 🌍 Employment: Kazakhstan, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia
What you will be doing: — Managing and optimizing advertising campaigns (Meta, Google UAC, ASA, programmatic, video networks) — Analyzing performance: ROAS, LTV, ARPU, Retention — Testing new channels and creatives — Working with multiple titles simultaneously, including the desktop direction
What is important: — 2+ years in mobile game UA (not an agency, not gambling) — Understanding of mobile metrics in practice — Russian language — mandatory — Intermediate English+
