Your tasks:

• Working with traffic channels (social networks, incentivized, video networks) — creation, analysis, optimization
• Be the owner: develop strategy, test hypotheses, make decisions
• Analytics at your fingertips (internal and external dashboards)
• Test creatives, monitor competitors — stay on trend
• Communication with motion designers, analysts, product managers

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition in the mobile industry (gamedev is a big plus)
• Experience with 2–3 advertising platforms: Meta Ads, Google UAC, TikTok, ASA
• Clear understanding of CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV
• Experience with A/B testing of creatives, audiences, custom pages
• Proactivity, analytical mindset, owner mentality
• English — B2 and above
