👋 Looking for a UA Manager in mobile gaming 🚀

Product - one of the largest and most stable ad-driven mobile apps in the world. The app is already 7 years old, it is profitable and continues to grow. Partnerships include Disney and other big brands.

What's important for the role:

• 3+ years of UA experience in mobile/gamedev
• experience with multiple channels: Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, ASA, etc.
• understanding of CPI / CPA / ROAS / LTV
• working with creatives, hypotheses, and analytics
• English B2+

🙏 Need a person who wants to be the owner of the process:

• manage purchasing
• test hypotheses
• influence the result
• work in conjunction with analysts, creatives, and product

The team is strong, marketing is completely in-house, with a lot of freedom and experimentation. Looking for a person "for growth" - with a desire to develop within the company, not just switch another traffic source.

Locations: 📍 Minsk / Cyprus / Amsterdam Hybrid format - 2-3 days in the office.
