🔥 What you will do:

• Planning and launching advertising campaigns for both new projects and existing games.
• Building and scaling campaign structure, searching for new audiences, and optimizing efficiency.
• Managing and optimizing the work of advertising networks.
• Close collaboration with the creative team: setting tasks, supporting the process, and controlling results.
• Preparing daily and weekly performance reports.

🔥 Who we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in mobile media buying / User Acquisition / Performance Marketing.
• Experience in user acquisition for gaming projects (Gaming UA) with proven success in improving key metrics (including ROAS, LTV).
• Understanding of business metrics: CAC:LTV, ROAS, ARPU, payback window.
• Practical experience with: AppLovin, Unity, Google Ads, Meta, Mintegral.
