We are now actively expanding our team and investing in R&D: testing new game prototypes, genres, and growth approaches.
We are looking for a Senior UA Manager in the R&D team who will become a key expert in launching and scaling new mobile and web games: from initial tests to large-scale growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop launch strategies for new prototypes and soft launch projects: from zero to scale;
- Design and conduct creative and marketing tests: hypotheses, methodology, analysis and interpretation of results, conclusions;
- Seek non-standard scaling paths: new targeting options, audiences, segmentation approaches, early signals for growth;
- Determine when, how, and with what goals to launch campaigns at different stages of a project's life, set budgets, and control expenses;
- Provide expertise on growth strategy: how a project can grow, which metrics are critical at each stage;
- Work closely with R&D and Ops team leads, interact with product producers.
What is important to us:
- Senior-level in mobile UA: deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads, AppLovin, Unity, and other channels, understanding of channel specifics and their algorithms;
- Experience with successful launches of new mobile games in recent years (soft launches, MVPs, prototypes);
- Excellent understanding of the current mobile market: creative trends, testing approaches, channels, what is “working now” and what is not;
- Strong analytical foundation: unit economics, cohorts, LTV, early metrics, ability to make decisions with incomplete data;
- Proactive approach: you don’t wait for tasks, you propose solutions, can defend your point of view with arguments, and influence the result.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with R&D projects and scaling them from scratch;
- Experience in traffic acquisition for web projects;
- Experience in finding and scaling non-standard targeting or creative angles;
- Deep understanding and experience with casual / social / board game genres.
