About the team:
We are an innovative team specializing in the creation and improvement of high-precision digital roadmaps/HD maps.
Our project is at the intersection of advanced geospatial data processing technologies and machine learning.
Due to project expansion, we are looking for a professional and proactive Technical Lead who will become the driving force in team management and product development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the development team, mentoring the team, conducting code reviews, and developing employees' professional competencies;
- Developing and implementing new features and algorithms using automation and machine learning technologies;
- Working with Geographic Information Systems (GIS), cartographic data, and geospatial data processing – one of the key tasks;
- Developing and implementing a strategic direction for development, continuously improving development processes, scaling, and resolving blockers;
- Forming the product strategy, setting goals, and monitoring key metrics.
What we expect from the candidate:
- Higher professional education;
- At least 5 years of experience managing a development team;
- Experience in developing solutions related to DL (experience in independent development of DL solutions), experience working with large volumes of data/Big Data);
- Excellent technical knowledge and practical experience in Python development;
- Skills in automating development processes and data processing.
This will be a plus:
- Desirable knowledge of C++ and experience working with lidar data;
- Understanding of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), working with cartographic data, and geospatial data processing.
