Sberbank-Service LLC is a subsidiary of Sberbank PJSC. Currently, the company is one of the largest IT service companies in Russia, with a presence in all federal districts of the Russian Federation, including remote corners of the country.
Sberbank-Service LLC provides service maintenance and repair of self-service devices, payment terminals, security systems, electronic queue management systems, as well as employee workstation maintenance.
Sberbank-Service LLC is creating a Robotics Competence Center. Our goal is to become one of the leading robotics service centers in Russia.
Why it's interesting:
- Programming live systems. You will create algorithms for real robots that walk, see, grasp objects, and interact with the world. Your code comes to life in hardware;
- Working at the forefront of technology. Using ROS2, NVIDIA Jetson Orin, computer vision, SLAM algorithms — these are not «training tasks», but real-world tasks for industrial robots;
- Building from scratch. You participate in the establishment of the Competence Center, define the software architecture, choose technologies, and shape the engineering culture;
- Variety of tasks. From low-level servo control to creating cloud fleet solutions for managing a robot fleet;
- Career growth. Opportunity to grow into a lead developer, technical lead, or robotics systems architect.
What you will be doing:
- Developing, testing, and integrating software for robotic platforms (Unitree G1, Unitree R1, Unitree Go2, AgiBot C5, etc.) in C++ and Python;
- Creating nodes in ROS2 for perception, motion planning, manipulator control, and navigation;
- Implementing robot control interfaces (teleoperation, avatar mode, data collection for AI training);
- Configuring and integrating sensor systems (cameras, lidars, IMUs);
- Developing integration solutions for commercial robots (REST API, cloud fleet management platforms);
- Documenting developed code and algorithms to build an internal knowledge base.
What we expect from you:
- Education: Higher technical or IT education in «Applied Mathematics and Informatics», «Computer Science and Engineering», «Software Engineering», «Robotics» or related specialties;
- Experience: From 1 to 3 years in commercial software development in Python/C++. Academic or hobby robotics projects are welcome;
- Technical knowledge: Proficient in Python, basic understanding of C++. Understanding of ROS2 architecture (nodes, topics, services, actions, launch). Basic skills with OpenCV. Basic understanding of SLAM algorithms;
- Practical skills: Experience developing for Linux, writing scripts. Understanding of REST API principles, experience with cloud services (AWS, MS Azure) will be your advantage;
- Personal qualities: Systemic and algorithmic thinking, ability to logically construct complex processes. Curiosity and passion for technology, desire to learn new things. Patience and persistence in debugging complex software-hardware systems;
- Additional: Technical English at an Intermediate level or higher — for reading documentation, forums, and communicating in the professional community.
We will be happy to see in your resume:
- Experience with specific hardware and software;
- Mention of participation in robotics competitions, hackathons, or conferences;
- A link to GitHub or a portfolio with code examples/projects.
We offer:
- Official employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
- Competitive salary: monthly salary + annual bonus;
- Opportunities for professional growth: training, vendor internships, participation in industry conferences;
- Work with cutting-edge technologies and equipment;
- Health care: enrollment in the Voluntary Medical Insurance program (DMS);
- Interesting corporate events and other activities;
- An excellent team of professionals, where the opinion of each team member matters;
- Preferential mortgage from Sber;
- Free SberPrime+ subscription for employees with many Sber privileges.
