Salary Range: 1,000,000 – 1,300,000 tenge (gross)
Responsibilities:
- Development and enhancement of the backend part of the software;
- Design, development, and support of high-load services;
- Creation of new functionality and development of existing systems;
- Participation in architecture design and selection of technical solutions;
- Conducting Code Reviews and ensuring code base quality;
- Optimization of application and database performance;
- Diagnosis and elimination of technical issues in the production environment;
- Discussion of technical requirements with the product team;
- Task decomposition and technical development planning;
- Participation in task estimation and sprint planning;
- Technical leadership of the development team;
- Mentoring and development of backend developers;
- Monitoring compliance with architectural and technical standards.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial Java development experience;
- 1+ year of experience as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or Senior Developer;
- Proficient knowledge of Java Core, Spring Boot, Hibernate / Spring Data JPA;
- Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID, multithreading, and design patterns;
- Experience in designing and developing microservice architecture;
- Solid experience with PostgreSQL;
- Deep understanding of SQL, transactions, indexes, JOINs, and CONSTRAINTS;
- Experience with Git, Maven, Docker, REST API;
- Experience integrating external services and APIs;
- Skills in optimizing queries and application performance;
- Experience in conducting Code Reviews and technical mentoring;
- Experience in architecture design and making technical decisions;
- Experience supporting production systems.
Will be an advantage
- Experience with Redis;
- Experience with RabbitMQ or Kafka;
- Experience with Kubernetes;
- Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or marketplaces.
