Yurt Tech is looking for a strong hands-on technical leader with an olympiad background, who continues to write code, deeply understands architecture, and is ready to be responsible for the team's technical results.
Mandatory Requirements:
โ 3+ years of commercial Java development experience โ Senior Developer, Tech Lead, or Technical Lead experience โ Participation in programming olympiads โ ICPC, IOI, Codeforces, or similar competitions โ Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis โ Deep knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and the Spring ecosystem โ Experience in designing microservices and distributed systems โ SQL and NoSQL, query and database optimization โ Kafka and/or RabbitMQ โ Docker and Kubernetes โ CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and observability โ Experience in making architectural decisions and conducting code reviews
Responsibilities:
โ Develop backend services in Java and Spring Boot โ Design microservices, integrations, and fault-tolerant components โ Make key technical decisions โ Improve the performance and stability of high-load systems โ Identify system bottlenecks and analyze production incidents โ Decompose tasks and participate in planning โ Conduct code reviews and maintain engineering standards โ Mentor developers and develop the team โ Interact with developers, DevOps, and analysts
Will be an advantage:
โ Prize-winning places or reaching the final stages of olympiads โ High rating on Codeforces, LeetCode, or similar platforms โ Experience with DDD and Event-Driven Architecture โ Work with high-load and legacy systems โ Architectural reviews and preparation of ADRs โ Participation in hiring and technical interviews โ English language B2+
