Key tasks:
- Design scalable and fault-tolerant architectures (microservices/monolith) in Java/Spring.
- Select the tech stack, frameworks, and databases based on business requirements, design contracts (REST, gRPC, Kafka/RabbitMQ).
- Implement the most complex business logic and mission-critical modules.
- Perform JVM profiling, SQL optimization, and high-load multithreaded process optimization.
- Conduct in-depth Code Reviews, mentor Middle/Junior developers, and implement engineering standards.
- Participate in CI/CD setup (Docker/Kubernetes) and production system monitoring.
What is important to us:
- Deep knowledge of Java (17/21+), understanding of GC, Concurrency / Virtual Threads, and JVM internals.
- Excellent knowledge of the Spring ecosystem (Boot, Cloud, Security, Data, IoC).
- Knowledge of microservice architecture patterns, DDD, CQRS, Event Sourcing.
- Experience optimizing complex SQL queries (PostgreSQL/MySQL), working with NoSQL and caching (Redis/Hazelcast).
- Experience designing asynchronous systems via Apache Kafka / RabbitMQ.
