Java Developer (Senior)

☑️ Responsibilities
- Development and support of server applications and microservices in Java
- Design and development of high-load REST API
- Integration with external systems and services (databases, message queues, caches)
- Participation in architectural design and technology selection for new projects
- Optimization of application performance and scalability
- Migration of legacy systems to a modern stack
- Writing tests (unit, integration, e2e) and improving code quality
- Code Review and mentoring junior developers
☑️ Our requirements for candidates
- 5+ years of experience with Java
- Confident knowledge of Java 17+ (Records, Pattern Matching, Virtual Threads, etc.)
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and ORMs (Hibernate, Spring Data JPA), and with NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch)
- Understanding of REST API, microservice architecture
- Experience with ClickHouse
- Confident knowledge and experience with Testcontainers
- Good knowledge of Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security)
- Knowledge and experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Confident knowledge of debugging tools, error handling, vulnerability protection, SOLID, KISS, DRY principles
- Understanding of CI/CD principles
Will be a plus:
- knowledge of Kotlin, gRPC, and Protocol Buffers, experience in designing high-load systems
