Main Responsibilities
- Support and development of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and Kubernetes platform
- Design and development of Observability: metrics, logs, traces, alerting, dashboards (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Loki, etc.)
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting of bottlenecks: profiling applications and infrastructure, performance analysis, tuning K8s, OS, network components, and DBMS configurations
- FinOps and cost optimization: monitoring and analyzing cloud resource expenses, balancing cost and reliability
- Automation of routine operations, participation in architecture reviews and system stability improvement
Our Requirements for Knowledge and Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineer role
- Proficient in Linux and Kubernetes (operation, debugging, resource optimization, understanding of controllers, CNI, CSI)
- Practical experience in building and supporting CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, etc.) and IaC (Terraform, Pulumi)
- Deep understanding of observability and monitoring principles: ability to design alerts, configure metrics/logs/traces collection
- Performance diagnostics skills: bottleneck analysis, understanding of the network stack, load balancing
- Experience with cloud platforms (Yandex Cloud, Cloud.ru, AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, routing, DNS, HTTP/gRPC, TLS
Will be a plus
- Experience with service meshes (Linkerd/Istio)
- Understanding of SRE methodologies (SLI/SLO, error budget, incident response, chaos engineering fundamentals)
- Certifications in Cloud/Kubernetes/SRE/FinOps
