👀 Looking for a Marketing Strategist who is ready to build marketing from scratch (and has done it before) + get hands-on (startup) Gaming expertise is a must.

Location: EU (ability to travel to conferences is important)

Not a classic Head of Growth role.

👉 This is a role where you will:

• devise the strategy
• select channels
• test hypotheses
• write content
• communicate with the audience and see what actually works

🚀 About the company:

• early-stage startup at the intersection of AI and game development
• pre-revenue, currently before release
• distributed team, legal entity in Belgium
• developing a dev tool for game developers

The idea is to give small teams the capabilities of large studios through AI

🧑‍💻 What you'll roughly be doing:

• building presence where devs hang out (X, Reddit, Discord)
• establishing a tone of voice (lively, without clichés)
• launching and testing channels (including paid ones)
• working with content and ideas (design and demos will help)
• gathering initial growth signals

👀 Who we are looking for:

• proactive, autonomous
• able to both think and do
• prior experience in game development is mandatory
• significant experience with AI (not just 'tried it', but using it in your work) is important
• fluent English C1+ (writing and speaking)
• okay with getting hands dirty every day

👌 Important: The task is not to 'manage marketing', but to create it from scratch
