📌 InApp Media Buyer (iGaming – Canada) 📍 Remote ( NOT Russia, Belarus) 🌐 Marketing / User Acquisition
About the Company Performance-driven iGaming company operating in regulated Canadian markets, focused on compliant advertising and responsible gaming.
Key Responsibilities 🔸 Launch and optimize in-app UA campaigns (Unity, IronSource, AppLovin, Mintegral, etc.) for the Canadian market, with a focus on Ontario. 🔸 Manage KPIs: CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention, and budget allocation. 🔸 Analyze and optimize traffic by geo, OS, placements, and publishers. 🔸 Work with MMP/analytics tools (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Kochava, Firebase, BI). 🔸 Test new traffic sources and scale successful campaigns. 🔸 Prepare regular performance reports. 🔸 Ensure compliance with Canadian iGaming regulations.
Requirements 🔸 2+ years in In-App Media Buying / UA / Performance Marketing, preferably in iGaming. 🔸 English and Russian — B2+. 🔸 Hands-on experience with 2–3+ in-app ad networks. 🔸 Strong analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets, large datasets). 🔸 Experience with MMPs and attribution models (click/view-through, SKAN). 🔸 Data-driven mindset, A/B testing, and traffic quality/fraud analysis.
Nice to Have 🔸 Experience with Facebook, Google UAC, and TikTok Ads. 🔸 SQL or BI tools knowledge (Power BI, Tableau, Looker). 🔸 Understanding of iGaming regulations in Canada and other regions.
