We make CGI and animation for the aviation industry — cabin visualisations, livery reveals, films that give people a sense of an aircraft before they've set foot in it. We're a small, senior team, and we're looking for collaborators who want to do good work, not just tick off a brief.

Creative Director — Motion Design

You'll shape how our animations feel, not just how they move — camera direction in 3ds Max, a consistent visual language across a project, and a sense for when a shot needs restraint versus drama. Look Developer

Collaborator · Remote or Hybrid

You'll take raw renders and give them character — colour, contrast, grain, the imperfections that stop CGI looking like CGI. This is a compositing-first role: Nuke instincts that carry into Resolve or After Effects are a plus. You read light like a photographer, not a technician.

Hard Surface Modeller & Texture Artist

Collaborator · Remote or Hybrid

You can build from a photo and get the proportions right without needing to be told twice. Confident PBR texturing, clean UVs, and an eye for the small details — wear, grime, reflectivity — that sell realism. ZBrush is a plus.

Across all three, what matters most: ownership, working through problems without hand-holding, and wanting to get better at the craft. We're an international team, so there's some timezone flexibility around GMT.
