📍 Almaty | Eurasian Business Digital Banking Development Team
We are looking for a junior system analyst to join our business digital banking development team. If you are interested in understanding how information systems work, designing integrations, and participating in the creation of banking products – we would be happy to get acquainted!
🛠 Special skills and knowledge:
Basic understanding of client-server application principles. Knowledge of REST API, HTTP, JSON, XML basics. Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Understanding of UML, BPMN, Sequence Diagram. Ability to read technical documentation. Skills in working with Postman, Swagger. Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience with Jira, Confluence will be a plus.
📋 Responsibilities:
Participate in the collection, analysis, and documentation of system requirements. Describe the logic of mobile and web banking functionality. Assist in preparing API specifications and describing integrations. Develop diagrams of system and process interactions. Describe user scenarios, verification, and error handling. Interact with developers, testers, and business analysts. Participate in testing implemented functionality and analyzing defects. Maintain technical documentation in an up-to-date state.

Analytical and structured thinking. Attention to detail. Curiosity and desire to grow in system analysis. Ability to independently search for information and ask questions. Responsibility and readiness to work in a team.
✨ Will be an advantage:
Work experience or internship in IT for at least 12 months. Basic understanding of microservice architecture. Familiarity with banking products and processes. Experience writing SQL queries and working with APIs.
