We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR specialist for our Limassol office! If you have experience in HR within the financial sector and are familiar with the specifics of the Cypriot labor market, we would be happy to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff onboarding for various company departments.
- Full employment process: drafting employment contracts, ensuring compliance with Cypriot labor law.
- Interaction with government authorities regarding work permits, visas, and registration.
- Organizing employee training and development, evaluating their performance.
- Consulting management and employees on HR matters.
- Maintaining internal HR documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
- HR experience, preferably in the financial sector.
- Excellent knowledge of Cypriot labor law.
- Experience with local documentation (work permits, visas, etc.).
- Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of HR processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Work permit in Cyprus.
